Founders Room Chilbury Ladies’ Choir by Jennifer Ryan
Discussion Leader: Julia Reiersgord
In the midst of WWII, we’re brought into the world of five women from the English village of Chilbury. Pieced together like a quilt, their letters and diary entries reveal the day-to-day intimate and poignant events of their lives. The women sing together in the village choir, which bolsters their courage during this time of uncertainty and struggle.

PRIME Productions Theater
Speaker: Shelli Place, co-founder, PRIME Productions
Place is one of the leading forces in creating the new PRIME Productions theater company. The founders believe the Twin Cities is rich in experienced female talent that is not fully utilized. They seek to explore the stories of women over fifty through the creative voice of performance, employing female theater artists, and addressing issues relevant to an aging population.
