About our programs
Most of our programs feature a speaker who prepares a 30-45 minute talk and answers questions for 10-20 minutes following the presentation. From time to time, we do have live performance programs or interactive programs, such as games, volunteer work or Monday interest groups.
About our schedule
Daytime programs occur almost weekly on Mondays from September through May. The first program begins at 9:30 a.m. and the second program follows at about 10:45 a.m. There are brief announcements prior to a noon lunch. The third and final program of the day begins around 1:15 p.m.
Evening programs occur once a month on Tuesdays from April through November. The bar is open at 5:30 p.m., dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. and the program begins at 7:00 p.m.
About our meals
Meals are planned and prepared by The Gale Mansion chef and staff. Because ingredients must be purchased in advance, reservations are required for all meals. There is one meal prepared for all program attendees, unless you request,in advance, a meal that meets your dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) when making your reservation. Accommodations may not be possible if you did not make alternative arrangements in advance.
