Speaker: Christina Helen Carleton, Honorary Vice Consul for Norway in Minneapolis

Carleton has served as Norway’s Vice Consul since 2010. She will provide a snapshot of Norway’s economic, cultural, scientific, and educational relations within an evolving European community. You will gain an understanding of how this thriving country works in close cooperation with the European Union even though it is not a member. At the local level, the Honorary Consulate General in Minneapolis works to facilitate relationships with the Upper Midwest region. You will appreciate Carleton’s insights into this vibrant nation.
