As the World Changes

Behind the Scenes with AAUW Marionettes
1:15-2:15 p.m.
Presidents’ Hall
Presenters: Members of the AAUW Marionette Troupe
The AAUW Minneapolis Marionette Troupe was founded during the Presidency of Florence Kruse, 196668. We now have over 100 marionettes (stringed puppets) and hundreds of shadow puppets. Almost all of them were hand-made by our members. Thousands of children and adults have seen and participated in our shows. We have even done Marionette shows for AAUW National Conventions. Today, we’ll start with a Marionette Fashion Show Parade – and that’s only the beginning! Come and see!
